Returns Policy

Returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full or partial refund. For a full refund, you must request it within 30 days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your jacket must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

• Returns accepted for non-defective products
• Returns by mail only
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• $100 restocking fee applies
• Refund processing time: 10–12 business days

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days. Exchange policy applies to defective or damaged items only. Email us at [email protected] for exchange requests.

Important Notes

• Sale items cannot be refunded
• Refunds only provided if tracking ID is sent and refund tag is intact
• No refunds after exchange has been processed
• Return shipping costs are deducted from refund
